Yep. I’m physically much healthier now with a little bit of chub than I was when I was severely anorexic but I also hate the way it looks. Constantly teetering between health and vanity

I was skinny Minnie a few years ago like I was going to the gym and limiting what I ate. But I got so damn hungry I said fuck this and had the weight back in like damn 2-3 months

I lost over 40 pounds over the last year or so, and I made it a lifestyle switch! Much easier than doing some crazy diet

I have to decide between having boobs and being overweight, being healthy with no boobs and a giant stomach, or being underweight just to get a normal looking stomach

It’s good to have a balanced diet and try to be at a healthy weight. That means trying to avoid being underweight as well

honestly, you can have both. You shouldn’t have to compromise on loving every part of your body and being healthy. It really jus comes down to how disciplined you are

omg yes i recently lost 10 pounds and it took me a month and a half to gain it back when i gave up on losing weight since it took me 6 months to lose 10 lbs on a strict diet and aggressive excersize

Think about how you’ll feel on your death bed (I know that sounds morbid but hear me out) will you he happier that you put yourself and your wellbeing first so you could live a long and healthy life with ppl who love you for you and your soul, or will you he happier remembering that you prioritized how other ppl perceives you and surrounded yourself with ppl who care more about looks and vanity.
