Hi, it is the internet culture you are noticing. It’s easy for people to find groups of any kind good or bad. In time they can find any fringe group that will agree to justify any crazy idea. They walk around real life believing it and you run into them. Back then consumerism was seen as a bad thing. Now it’s internet culture.
