Either you greatly overestimated your pain at the time (or underestimated the pain of a trip tired appendix), or you weren’t ovulating. Girl it’s not at all comparable to rupturing appendix. Did you maybe perhaps have an ovarian cysts rupture? That’s a comparable feeling

Maybe. I’m also getting over a fibroid (tumor) the size of a ping pong ball and 2 polyps so I feel like that may have an impact
