I hate to be a bitch here but I feel like this fails to consider skinny people who are "constantly eating junk food" are also just not eating real food lol like sure I ate auntie Anne pretzels and cheese puffs today but that's literally all I ate lmao
Not saying this is a healthy way to be, but a calorie deficit is a calorie deficit, genetics aren't the only thing at play here

no literally like I’m skipping all three meals that’s why I can snack and it doesn’t show. that is not a good thing lol

As someone who’s been both I would much rather eat like a fat person because I got so constipated when I was super skinny I just didn’t have time to eat.
