In Germany they don’t let semis past they are forced to stay in the right hand lane and are limited to speeds. This lets traffic flow so much better.

Most all trucks in the states are limited to 68mph (most interstate speed limits are 70) and are supposed to stay in the right lane at all times but they never do

This would honestly be better for the truck drivers too having a standardized speed limit and more predictable times those guys get into accidents mainly because they have insane quotas and deadlines and they’re driving half asleep most the time but if you have a a set time it should take I think it would take a lot of pressure off of them
