arguing about who is more native or less native to the land is an overgeneralization of immigrants and beside the main point that the current government in power of the land was founded on the principle of accepting the “poor, tired, and weak.” it’s not wrong to gatekeep because the people you’re gatekeeping deserve what you have any more than you do; it’s wrong because it’s hateful and antithetical to the advancement of society as a whole.
