I don’t wanna be a bum, but I am one. I am unemployed and I keep seeking dopamine through my phone or other distractions rather than being productive. I have these big goals, but can’t stay consistent and put them into action. Any advice for this rut?

Set small goals for yourself something easily achievable that’ll lead to bigger things like if you want to go to the gym make your goal to get in the car then make the next goal to just drive there so on and so forth it’ll Just snowball and take it day by day

It’s crazy I graduated a year ago and worked up until last month when I quit to have more time for studying. I lost all the day-to-day structure my job gave me. Now I stay up until 5am and don’t make anything of my day
