I’ve had a similar problem lately. I honestly don’t know
if you stay up 72 hours you factory reset your circadian rhythm
The way I’m trying to deal with it is to just stay awake for 24 hours so I’m tired when I want to be tired but it rarely works how I intended
I just need to set it back a few hours I feel like that might be extreme
