A country like Japan is brought up constantly as being better…. It’s great don’t get me wrong but their immigration policy alone would have people up in absolute riots if America implemented it. All countries have their pros and cons of course. If you don’t want to contribute to the country you are in it is absolutely within your capabilities to go somewhere you do want to contribute! If it’s important to you of course

Japan is genuinely the last first world country that I’d say is better than America. I’d much faster move to almost anywhere in Europe. I don’t understand the obsession with that country. It’s clean I’ll give you that

Also it is not within my abilities rn to go to a different country. I’ve looked into it. It’s incredibly difficult to immigrate to countries without connections there.

More so for others, the original post was hate on America for policies. But all the countries they labeled as better also implement harsher standards on the things they complained about.
