the issue is that men keep framing this as a men vs women issue when really it’s a “women are not even considered human” issue. easy way to tell this post was written by a man. understanding the female experience is crucial

but it’s deeper than a few bad eggs it’s a lottttttt of them and at that point it’s a pattern and a social construct. to say “i hate men” isn’t just about men as individuals but there’s an added layer of saying you hate being oppressed. men are socialized in harmful ways that uphold inequality

wym let it affect me? they’re emotions it’s not like i consciously choose to feel them lmao and idk if you noticed but they’re kind of half the population so it’s not like i can really avoid shitty men nor can people i care about plus i have a general concern for women so yeah i care when they’re constantly harmed and denigrated by men
