The bar is worth it, it’s different for different people. I had it for 3 years, no period the entire time. I know some people who’ve had it and they had their period all the time. So it really depends on the person!

I would definitely try it because I take depo shot and have been on and off for almost 5 yrs(take breaks for health) and love it I get no period until the end of my 3 months
