I just keep the plastic skin on for as long as possible which helps. Keep it moisturized tho because it will ease the itchiness. Or use an ice cube in a plastic bag

it’s day 4 of with the second skin on it but it was peeling off and exposing my tattoo so I just took it off. Constant lotion and tapping to help with the itches and to keep it moisturized
