yuppp it doesnt happen overnight. but the good thing is weight loss isnt overnight either. one day at a time making healthier choices and youll get there

actually some people can get temporarily bloated for a number of issues which is not the same thing as fat it could be simply a few pounds difference…..the more you knowww

Oh yeah, genuinely losing weight slow is MUCH healthier for your body and metabolism. All the bullshit about dropping xyz pounds in a month by dieting can be very problematic. I’d research what a healthy rate to drop would be if you’re looking to, good luck!

yes and also for your skin! i lost 15 pounds pretty rapidly and the loose skin was sooo annoying. thankfully im young so its adapting but i wouldve gone slower if i couldve!
