“Gold star” its a term in the community that popped up around the 80s, it refers to a lesbian that hasn’t been with guys. It stemmed from a sarcastic remark after a lesbian would express their lack of history with men, and another would say “you wanna gold star?” since it was especially rare/difficult to pull off back in the day, its just kinda used as shorthand to explain your history
