I have it on dark mode, but I knew a person at one point who struggled to see light letters on dark backgrounds, so dark modes of anything never worked for them

Are you clinically slow? Looking at a blue wall isn’t going to ruin your eyesight. Looking at a phone less than a foot from your face will.
