stupid ass take. people need to start taking responsibility for their mental health. if getting cheated on makes you s*icidal, you’re probably a fragile little bitch in need of therapy and a gym membership

just an objective frame of reference here for everybody. the chemicals that make up intense romantic love can literally trigger psychosis in otherwise normally mentally healthy people. this is a fact. not an opinion. so when you mess with this thing, whether you regard it highly or not, you are messing it with and i see a lot of minimizing in culture. it is quite sad

Because you’re not acknowledging the harm the cheater is doing and you’re victim blaming. Maybe if you told the cheater not to be a bad person to make someone mental health worse, it wouldn’t happen! You and op seem to think a magic wand can be waved to cure someone’s mental struggles. Instead of preventing harm, you dont

Cheater here. I wish I never fucked her up the way I did. I’m hitting the gym and doing therapy trying to see why I’m such a bad ass man. Only thing that can prevent harm is people being good people. But there’s always people like me unfortunately. However I wanna change. I chimed in bc I cheated before and wanted to say that you’re 100% right.

And it’s also time to acknowledge it everyone is strong enough for that! Stop victim blaming and realize the cheater was the problem!

You’re the one who’s anti therapy. You’re acting like therapy is a 1-1 turn around. People harm themselves before even going because of people like the cheaters. No one said therapy is bad. You’re just trying to victim blame to atp feel justified in your cheating. Cause only a cheater would defend them this hard

Victim blamed when you said the cheater has 0% accountability or reasoning for the actions. They caused it

Once you agree someone cheating directly leads to suicide I’ll stop saying you’re victim blaming. Cause it 100% does

Say right now cheaters cause suicide right now, if you actually are on the side of mental health

no, it doesn’t. this is established in criminal law (see trial of Michelle Carter) and medical school curriculums. you literally don’t know what you’re talking. about

you keep using that phrase and you clearly don’t know what it means. honestly disrespectful to victims who actually are blamed when someone assaults/m*rders/r*pes them. I’m honestly sorry for you that you think it’s normal to let other people have that much power over you. seek therapy.
