yes it is bad it puts you in a place of temptation in terms of cheating i used to have a bunch of back ups with my ex and i ended up breaking up with him cuz i lost all feelings for him(i found a bunch of what he didn’t have in others) and in my current i had to actively get rid of all people who i previously talked to and who i think is attractive because i want my current relationship to be all about him
