That and physically there’s more to be insecure about, more sex parts, more qualities of those sex parts to be insecure about, whereas with men it’s just like their dick. I agree with you on this comment, I think men have proven to be less trust worthy. However I would counter your first message that men do have a lot of things to be insecure about as well like if we go part for part we both have genitals and sure you have boobs but we also have insecurities in our upper body ie abs/ muscles

Simple biology. Majority of men are visually stimulated. Women are usually more cerebral and not into the visuals as much.
