It’s mostly the fact that I’m either always the butt of the joke, the most sexualized one, or everyone is constantly either throwing racist micro aggressions or racist passive aggressiveness to me and shit builds up slowly over time. I used to be so happy and chipper when I started this job but now I feel like no one respects me or takes me seriously.

Literally no matter what I do, I’m not taken seriously. So much so to the point where even when I AM angry or DO seem stern and upset they DONT EVEN TAKE ME SERIOUSLY THEN! They just call me annoying and brush me off. I feel like I’m losing my mind here and I literally do not wanna work here anymore.
