5 hour energy has slightly more caffeine than celsius and that’s not including the caffeine in coke

The same thing happened to me when I drank it too fast. You’re supposed to drink a Celsius slowly in small sips✨

Glucose spikes are a normal part of eating and caffeine doesn’t give you heart attacks
