The cops showed up to a home where 3 children were dead, their mother mutilated and they took the word of a man who was unharmed.
There’s nothing at this point that could convince me that he and his new wife didn’t plot and do this.
The truth will come
And please before downvoting me show concrete objectively irrefutable evidence she didn’t commit the murders. I want time stamps and videos of you telling Lindsey herself and her defense they’re wrong

No. The prosecution actually has to prove she committed the crimes, and that it was premeditated.
There is no evidence that links her to the crimes, there’s however a lot of evidence that links Patrick to them.

Why did she admit to it? Why did her defense team admit she did it? The entire case is about if she was mentally stable during the crimes. Not if she committed it. The actual court case, both sides agreed she did

Her body temp couldn’t have dropped to 82 degrees in the time between Patrick leaving and returning. That means she had been out there in the snow for at least an hour being generous.

Why did she admit to it and her defense team in private?

Why did they file the case under her doing those crimes?

If it was in private how do you know?

Why is their recorded evidence of him not being in the home during the crimes?
1
Anonymous#11d
Because they both agreed she committed the murders without him being there as apart of their case :) her husband was not present in the room with her and her lawyers to discuss her guilt

Because he went there to establish an alibi after the crime

…they already determined when the crimes were committed. He was out of the house during that time. If it was established already the times didn’t match he would’ve been arrested, ik mind blowing !!!

They didn’t arrest him because he has friends in high places. The DA bought his house for a discount, his uncle is the police chief of the town they’re in.
