Any supplement recs to improve energy? Iron pills?
Not to sound like a lazy bitch but, how do y’all manage to exercise after a day of work? I work full time in childcare and I’m physically and mentally exhausted by the time work is done. Genuinely asking 😭

creatine and heme iron if your ferritin is low. most women need to supplement iron especially if they menstruate. and most women are deficient in creatine. you can get creatine from anywhere and three arrows iron repair simply is the only iron supplement i would recommend
