Yes, today I heard back from them today. But this litterally happened a month ago when I served the papers. Ive getting verbal threats from the parents up until today.

“Today a group of young teens decided to bully/jump my god kid” nah dude your story don’t add up anymore. Honestly I should’ve realized it was made up when you said you said you’re suing the parents for $100k over some bullying allegations. If somehow this is actually true tho, I hope you’re ready to have your case thrown out on day one. Bullying is wrong but there’s no world where the bully’s parents have to pay for your god kid’s therapy. Like on what grounds would they be liable?

Plus like, this isn’t even your kid, it’s your god kid, so on what grounds are you suing? Are you the legal guardian or one of the legal guardians? Or did you pay for the therapy even? Otherwise what claim do you have that would even allow you to sue over this in the first place?
