i tried getting closer to my aunt after my dad died and every single time i talked to her she tried to make me feel guilty for not talking to my racist alcoholic predator of a brother. like watch me never speak to you again for the entirety of the rest of your life old lady. my family also never taught me our native language but they’ll speak it right in front of me to each other even tho they’re all fluent in english. fuck you straight to hell
