they comment that if a video is like a dude lip syncing to some "tough guy" song and it's kind of cringe and similar stuff. the guy in the video acts tough, so they comment that it's not tough but spelled it as tuff and add lil bro, but to me it gives the same "tough guy" energy as the cringe video

when it's done jokingly, and not spammed, i think it's fine, but when ppl are commenting it 100% serious or it's spammed in the comments, it's a little annoying
