i really want to stop eating again but i’m trying to be healthy and form a healthy relationship w food but i miss my sick body so bad ☹️ i wish i could eat “healthier” without it becoming an ED but i’m scared bc i always immediately fall back to that

If you want to have a nice body or feel better about how you look, it’s really more about making sure your meals are healthy rather than starving yourself. If you’ve got questions and want to form a good plan, maybe look for a nutritionist. There’s a decent chance your college has one on campus or as a part of staff that you might have access too.

Just work out more obsessively to make up for the obsessive calorie restriction you can’t perform without slipping into a spiral. The exercise will tone your body and make you naturally hungrier after all the activity.
