Someone who’s had very traumatic and extensive anxiety attacks it has made me a stronger and better person, but I’m not sure what you’re going through 🙏🏻

My depression and disability did not make me stronger or better, it just makes me suffer. I’m happy that you benefited from yours but I can’t seem to do the same unfortunately
