just eat less, it’s the easiest/ quickest way, and before people start crying, i’m not saying starve yourself just eat one meal a day cut out all snacks and you’ll see a difference

That was the goal plus 30 on a treadmill and 30 on a cycle and then ofc lifting weights after

Nah, you have to eat less overall. Eat little fats since they’re calorie dense and not as filling, medium amounts of (non sugar) carbs to be full, and a LOT of protein since it will preserve and help to build more muscle, is filling, has lower amounts of calories, and has good taste when prepared well. Try to eat more home made food (meal prepping) which is also cheaper and healthier. Make sure to eat micronutrient dense foods too like fruits and vegetables to make sure you still get enough-

Nutrition since you’re eating overall less food. Weightlifting can work better than cardio, especially heavy lifting like squatting since it uses more energy. You don’t have to starve yourself like the other guy said. Going a bit below your maintenance is a good way to do it since you’re going for a moderate weight loss (.26)lbs a week it should be ok.

Well lowkey gonna eat a lot of chicken and eggs and the occasional bacon / steak and some fruit at least once a day and any snacks protein cookies

Nice, my Costco has amazing microwaveable single serving rice. There really good for easy carbs if you have a Costco card.
