so true. but to be honest, genetically i am more susceptible to uti’s, it’s how my mom is as well. this time it was def because i didn’t pee, but i’ve peed right after and showered and still gotten uti’s. sometimes it’s random with me but it sucks so bad

i used to work in the medical field for women’s health, peeing after good and shower too but like soap can literally cause it and you don’t even know about it😭
