I cannot stand calorie counting so imma try cutting gluten and dairy out of 90% of my diet and see if that’ll work for weight loss

If you’re just gonna eat less don’t target specific groups unless you have an intolerance, cause you could end up with one as a result. Try and eat 1 less meal a day, or just shrink a meal down to a snack
