Sorry for saying so much but, whatt she’s staying at your place and managing to steal your stuff? Where is it going, her car? The pawnshop? A month sounds potentially extremely generous. You could probably just leave all her stuff outside rn and lock it

I can’t legally kick her out immediately since the state says I have to give her a 30 day eviction notice before I can legally remove her and not to mention she knows nobody around the area we’re in so yeah 🙃 And she wasn’t stealing (I don’t think), she was cheating.

Are you sure about that. Wouldn’t that apply to an actual legal tenant that’s paying rent? Or that has a contract. I wouldn’t be terribly surprised if it didn’t but yeah

Tbh I’m not 100% sure since I only found out about this late Friday. I’ll have to ask around and see what I can do to legally kick her out. Hopefully it’s much less than 30 days but for now I started the countdown with the written letter just in case
