Its illegal to have a job where you cant smoke. If we are talking about cigs

This job is a cleaning job and doesn’t allow smoking 30 mins before you enter the job or obviously on the job site

There is no way they could tell because cig smokers always smell of it. Just air yourself out before and they wouldnt notice.

No problem! I think employers just make up shit like that for no reason. I was told at my new job i couldnt wear a nose ring but half of my coworkers do. Most stupid rules like that are only made to control employees
