I shower everyday but before I hit puberty it was every other day (cuz I sweat less). so it never bothers me when people do every other day. just not less than that. last year I met a girl who actually STUNK and she told me she showers biweekly😭😭😭

I mean, as long as you clean well enough it should be fine. Showering too much can be bad for the natural oils on your skin and cause breakouts and dry skin. Although if you aren’t good at cleaning yourself a shower a day is preferable
