not really, cause if a stranger harasses you on the street you can intimidate them / fight back, but if it’s a customer at work then suddenly your whole income is on the line if you don’t keep things amicable

plus with Hooters in particular, being objectified is literally part of the job description, not just something that happens on a bad day. so that takes away what little agency one would Usually have re: being able to avoid harassment in daily life, instead making it a constant
