If you’re 300+ pounds, you should not be trying to get pregnant rn and you’re not dealing with infertility you’re really just dealing with obesity. Once you lose the weight and are at a lower BMI, you will get regular periods & be able to get pregnant!!

Calories in vs calories out It’s an issue with your discipline Either move more or eat less You don’t have to stay a fat fuck forever You can change if you choose to.

Like please, I’ve lost a bunch of weight myself and it has fixed my cycles and PCOS. This comes from a place of experience!! Don’t waste your time and money on infertility treatments rn, trust if you spend that time and money on weight loss treatments it will help, but if you still struggle THEN go that route

😐 That’s not how the woman’s body works at all. Like you’re so ignorant it’s not even funny. And everyone doesn’t carry the weight the same some ppl are 300 and are a size 1x some 200 and are a size 3x like. And most ppl can’t just lose weight. There are medical conditions that cause weight gain. BC causes weight gain. Certain medications cause weight gain. See a therapist and fix your insecurities first.

If we could give someone a pill that makes it impossible for them to lose weight, it would solve world hunger. Weight loss is not complicated, and anyone telling you that it is 1. Is uneducated 2. Is probably trying to sell you something

I have PCOS which causes weight gain and also makes it harder to lose weight. With a GLP-1, calorie restriction, and working out, I’ve lost 75 pounds over the past year. I have regular cycles now, more regular than ever. If you’re obese and have PCOS, the first step to fixing your infertility is to lose the weight and that’s the truth

As someone who cannot stand fat shaming, I do not see anything wrong with this post and it’s true.

How did you lose weight with PCOS? I have 10-15lbs to lose and it’s that hormonal weight and nothing I’ve done has worked! I’m a very active and healthy person when it comes to fitness and nutrition! Anything helps!!!

The only way I’ve been able to actually lose weight is with a GLP-1, otherwise nothing stuck. Now that I’m on that I can eat less without feeling starving while restricting calories and working out to maintain a calorie deficit

Also true! I hate the “calories in calories out” because it minimizes the situation and makes it sound much easier than it actually is. Also a thin person (BMI) but I was also a fat person too (BMI).

Well it’s maybe less of a weight issue at this point and more body recomposition at this point.
