A lot of older folk don’t realize or understand/accept that not all jobs hold the same stiff standard as they did 15+ yrs ago. You’re gonna be fine. Use this as fuel to prove her wrong 💖

My field is very conservative n I have a strict dress code. The biggest issue I have w my current job is that I can’t wear facial piercings to the office even when I’m not meeting with clients (afraid some piercings will close up). But regardless I’m going to follow code?? I know how to act like a professional I just got my masters n even tho it’s my first office job I’m confident that ik how to idk not fucking get fired like what the fuck
