Sometimes I’ll just straight up ask if she’s flirting with me. Sorry dawg I’m here for direct and open communication. If that’s not you I don’t want it anyway

As a man, I always assume that a girl coming and talking or asking questions is friendly or polite. Then one time I got blamed for not understanding her “loud signals.”

I assume the opposite as a guy 😭 then I wonder why I don’t get girls cause a lot of the time they are flirting with me but I assume they’re just being nice

This is definitely something I’m come in contact with as a manager at an upscale restaurant. A pet peeve is being flirted with at work. Just like Shania Twain said “That don’t impress me much!”

I’m not talking about the people who are respectful dw! Just the men who start saying super gross things because I’m nice yk

Open communication is good! I’m a waitress tho so it’s annoying when people take it as an invitation just because I’m polite. It’s my job so

Ahh that makes sense. I always just assume they’re after a good tip if they get like touchy or call me cute names etc. I have a rule about not hitting on people who can’t just leave, like wait staff, cashiers, employees

Yeah I will say some girls are horrible with flirting because their shy but like that’s why I make sure when I am I am so dead obvious I will legitimately tell the guy my intentions to be 100 percent clear

Maybe not you but many girls are complex in that sense. Like if you want to date just say that. If you want to, maybe just fuck then say it. Most guys are simple creatures We will just tell you yes or no and move on.

^I think because there’s so much pre-feminist stigma around women enjoying sex, it’s generally unacceptable for a woman to be looking for hookups. But ofc sex is enjoyable, so I think a lot of women feel they need to say they’re not and then convince themselves they’re in love in order to enjoy the physical aspect. I’m jus riffin tho
