I think it’s saying that women are perceived as valued (aka girl bosses) in society when they reject traditional aspects of femininity. Like when people say a woman can only have a successful career if she doesn’t have children or that she will feel unfulfilled if she settles down and starts a family. However both of those paths are perfectly fine for those who choose them (lots of women do both!) and a woman doesn’t become less valuable for staying out of the guy dominated corporate world
