I use dried rosemary very often, but I’ve never used fresh rosemary and I now have a rosemary plant. So, what are some good uses for fresh rosemary? Are they the same uses as with dried rosemary?

Make some tea! If you have a lot of rosemary snip a 2-3 inch section for a solid cup of tea. Or eat it.

Whenever I’m making shredded chicken I’ll season up the water and turn it to chicken broth, that would be good with fresh rosemary!

Dry is better for seasoning. Fresh is better for garnishing

It’s just a bunch of rosemary blended in vodka, let stand to infuse for a day, and filtered.
