Egg whites (lower calorie), whatever fruit you like (in moderation), and whatever veggies you like. Make sure you are getting enough fiber and protein so that you stay fuller longer and maintain a healthy gut. I would suggest trying samples of different protein powders to find one you like, but I know that they can be offputting and expensive. There’s no “right” way, so just do what you can! 🫶

I mean the healthy food you’re bringing up here seems like from a more English/American side of health social media. Try eating healthy foods from other cultures, for example water based cooking with your tofu and greens, steamed egg might be an interesting concept if that’s smth you want to try. There’s also stuff like Caribbean or middle eastern food and such as jerk chicken, chickpeas, etc.

Sorry the water based cooking and steamed egg idea came from East Asian cooking

Sugar isn’t inherently bad, especially natural sugars like what’s found in fruit. It’s more about the AMOUNT of sugar. As long as you track that, you’ll be fine. Fruits have tons of vitamins and general nutrients that are essential for your body to function as best as it should.

eat that but portion control. weight your food. there are apps that calculate your base metabolic rate and how much of a calorie deficit you would need to be in to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time
