Oh yummy!! How do you buy your salmon? Also I made something like this last week and avocado and cucumber made wonderful additions

About buying the salmon I ask because I’ll be in a dorm again in a month here and want to cook more than I did last semester and there’s like ten different kinds of salmon at my store 😭

I just get frozen salmon! Just like a bag with individual filets from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. And personally I prefer farm raised over wild :)
