It’s a modified Hello Fresh recipe for 4. https://www.hellofresh.com/recipes/loaded-baked-potato-soup-654a9e5533e8a37769159abd. I use russet potatoes, chicken broth, all sharp cheddar, no hot sauce, use red pepper flakes, use corn starch only if it splits, use three cloves garlic, one sweet onion, and for the cream sauce base use: 4tbs butter with the onions, 2tbs flour after the aromatics cook, and a cup of milk.
