The combo always depends on the chilli IMO, with veggie based chilli I LOVVEE doing avocado and a Mexican hot sauce, preferably cholula. Beef chilli I also do sour cream and cheese. Bison chilli goes really well with cornbread, sometimes a little hot sauce, but honestly it’s so good on its own. Ooh also eating them with tortilla chips or if ur feeling freaky a corn quesadilla….
