Yesss, I ADORE Shakshuka! Sometimes when I want a creamier vibe, I just break the yolks and stir the eggs into the tomatoes. Now I’m craving

1/2 yellow onion 3 cloves garlic 1 red bell pepper 2 red chili peppers (optional) Roma tomatoes (3-4, I didn’t have as many, but ideal) 1 cup marinara sauce (substituted bc barely had tomatoes, canned tomatoes would be better). Two eggs + I added some fresh mozzarella
