You should! I see them all the time on Marketplace for dirt cheap used, you’d just have to resurface and season the top most likely. Cooking on a griddle is worlds better than a grill and if you cook for a lot of people (I’m usually cooking for 3-6 people) it’s a game changer :) Don’t only look at blackstone though! There’s many great options out there, mine is a Weber Slate and I love it.
