Genius im gonna do this but put chanterelles in the soup and perhaps salmon candy/imitation oyster mushrooms on the sandwich

Ohhhh that sounds good! I also first cooked 1lb of beef bacon in the big pot and cooked the soup in all that beef bacon fat. Bacon chunks are in the soup. GET THAT BACON!!

Oh good call, i have a decent bacon analog using marinated and smoked chanterelles i might try that (i love the idea but throwing dinner party w pescatarians)
