Bro spicy marinated cucumbers might be one of my FAVORITE “appetizers” (I have it in quotes because if I was given a quart I could eat it in one sitting)

It’s so damn good. I actually used the same exact sauce for the cucumbers and noodles. Just tamari, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, brown sugar and chili oil 😋
