I don’t know how to explain it honestly but plantains can be grilled, baked, fried, mashed and fried, pounded, boiled and are eaten by many cultures. They are so so good

Baked bananas with butter and honey would be very yummy! Plantains are in the same family but they’re starchier and less sweet than bananas are
