i looked up the differences and it’s still technically sushi cus the fish is not fully cooked and i didn’t use sesame oil i used stuff that seaweed typically has. it doesn’t matter anyway it was good and it was nice to to make other cultures food!

Sushi is made with vinegar and raw fish that is kimbap it’s okay 😅

yea I’m also Asian and the whitewashing is mostly what bugs me :/. Experimenting with food is great and the road to many tasty things! Just don’t call it something it’s not and then double down lol
