Idk what u mean bc this looks very latino to me. You can see the rice and beans but there’s also yuca which makes this even more latino looking to me. I’ve definitely eaten meals like this multiple times growing up. Not all Latin American food is red, spicy, Mexican food with tortillas (although very delicious). This is definitely something that could be eaten in Cuba, DR, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Venezuela or even Brazil too :)
